What is MiniStoragePayments.com?
This service gives Self Storage facilities and their tenants the ability to view payment status and make credit card payments online.

Who can log in?
Tenants of the storage facility have the ability to log into a secure web site using their personal email address and passcode.   Your passcode is assigned to you at the time of move in.  If we have your email address on file you can use this website to view your account info and make payments.

How do I log in?
You can log in by entering the email address and passcode we have associated with your account.

What is my passcode?
Your passcode is the secret code you set up while moving into your unit.  If you are unsure of your passcode it can be identified with the following tips.

  1. It consists of only numbers.
  2. It does not contain either the # or * symbols which are usually used when entering your passcode into the storage property’s keypad.
  3. Your passcode may be all or part of the code you enter into the keypad while gaining access to the storage property.
  4. Your passcode can be as short as one digit or as long as nine digits.
  5. Your passcode may or may not contain the unit number you are renting at the property.
  6. Still unsure?  Please contact the manager at the storage property for further assistance.

How do I enroll for online payments?
If we do not have a valid email address associated with your account you can submit one online by clicking here and entering the required information.  This information will be used to update your email address in our records.  A confirmation email willl be sent to you when the process has been completed.

What if my unit is in lien status?
If you are in lien status you must contact the facility manager to make payment arrangements.  Unfortunately, we can not accept payments online for units that have gone into lien status.

What if I still can’t log in?
If you are still having trouble logging in please feel free to call the facility manager for assistance.

When will my credit card be charged?
The facility manager will download your payment information and apply the payment to your account within 24 hours.  A confirmation message will be sent to you when the payment is applied.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
All confirmation email messages are automatically generated by our web server and can be blocked by certain spam filters.

Will I receive spam from this service?
No, information provided is only used to provide this service.

How do I know this is secure?
All internet communications are handled via secure socket layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption.  Users are ensured that they are connected to a secure web site by connecting to an https web address which displays the Verisign™ seal.  In some browsers a padlock is displayed to reassure the user they are connected to a secure web site
